How much weight will your cake stands support?
Each of our cake stand designs are crafted with the main objective of providing the best stability for the tallest and heaviest cakes in the cake decorating industry. We test each design to make sure that their strength is superior to all others. Each cake stand set is listed below with the maximum we have tested that set to hold.

Are there any special care instructions for your cake stands?
In regard to the clear cascading cake tiers - they are 100% reusable and should last several years with regular use with a few care instructions. You can submerge all plates and tubes in water to soak away any dried on frosting, etc or you can clean in the dishwasher. To prevent scratches never use any abrasive sponges or brushes, simply soak or wipe with a soft wet cloth to remove any residue.
* The #1 advice for the Cascading Cake Tiers - Always decorate cakes on a cake board and place on the pre-assembled cake stand. Never place the stands in the refrigerator or freezer as this can make plastic brittle and easier to break. You should never try to decorate a cake directly on the plastic plate and then try to place on the center tube. Pressure on the outside of the plates can cause the plate to break - especially if it has been placed in a cold environment.
Diamond Cake Stands, Pedestals and all other Cake Plateaus should be cleaned with a damp cloth only - do not submerge in water or clean in the dishwasher. Hand Wash Only! A cake board should always be used under the cake to protect the finish and to prevent knife marks when cutting the cake.
What size cake stand do I need?
I have found that a cake stand that is 2-4 inches larger than your bottom cake tier is the perfect fit. Keep in mind the size of decorations, icing border, etc. that will be displayed around the bottom tier of the cake. The cake stand should be the same size or larger than the bakers cake board. If you are unsure of which size to order you can consult your baker or we can help with any questions you have.
When should I order the cake stand?
Unfortunately most brides will wait for this detail until last - your finalizing everything for the cake and then the baker springs on you that question that fills you with panic - "do you have a cake stand?" The best time to start your search for the perfect cake stand is at the exact time you are searching for the perfect cake design. Bakers will most likely need to tell you what size/height stand will work best with the design you are going for and you can create the exact look from top to bottom that you are looking for. However, if you are stuck in that state of panic - don't worry - we offer rush delivery in case of emergency!
How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing of your order will depend largely on the items you have ordered. Some of our products such as flowers, cake decorating supplies, toppers, etc. will be shipped in 1-3 business days. However, many of our cake stand sets are handmade and will take several days to handpaint and cure for shipping. Orders on these items can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to ship as again they are handmade and we can get backed up on these items during peak wedding season. Other cake stand sets such as the crystal cascading sets, candle stands, crystal bowl sets, etc. will also ship normally within 2-4 business days. If you are concerned about an upcoming event deadline, call customer service, we can normally take care of rush orders even on our handmade items. Shipping in-transit time will depend on the area of delivery and method of shipment. We offer both UPS Ground, US Priority Mail and express delivery options. Use your best judgement on cost/delivery time in checkout for your budget and time frame. Again, customer service is here to help with any questions you have.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely! Tracking information will be automatically sent to your confirmation email once the shipment has been processed with the courier. Please be aware that tracking does sometimes take 24 hrs after processing to become active and show progress. Be sure to check spam/junk email folders as they can sometimes be flagged as spam by your system. If you would like to check the status of your order at anytime please call customer service.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns within 3 days of delivery of your merchandise. Please contact customer service before returning items for any reason. See our Shipping & Returns page for a complete description of all of our return policies and procedures.
What if my items are damaged during shipment?
Always open your merchandise as soon as it is received to ensure that everything is intact and undamaged. In the event damage has occurred call customer service as soon as possible. There is only a few days from which the delivery was made to file a claim on the damaged shipment. After 15 days of delivery we will no longer be able to replace damaged merchandise. Rest assured that our employees have extensive training in packaging all of our products and damages are very rare. We do inspect every single item that leaves our facility to ensure that you receive a flawless product. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We try very hard to offer the best possible price to every customer - whether your a baker, a rental company, caterer or bride on a budget, therefore we are unable to offer any discounts at this time. However - we do offer special discounts at many trade shows that we attend throughout the year. Be sure to check our blog or join our newsletter to see upcoming show dates in your area. And it's a great way to save on shipping as well!
Do you collect sales tax?
Sales tax will be collected on all order placed within the state of Arkansas. If you have a business in Arkansas for which you would like to purchase for resale please contact customer service.
