Shipping Information

Shipping Methods:

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Express shipping is available as well as Ground to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. See below for international shipping options.

Shipping In-Transit & Handling Times: 

At Southern Merchandising Group we try very hard to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that all of our Diamond Cake Stands, Pedestals, and Cake Plateaus are handmade at the time of order. Depending on high order volumes during the peak wedding season and the hottest/coldest parts of the year our production time can be 2-3 weeks. However, if you are needing a cake stand in a short deadline - just let us know. We can usually accommodate most rush orders if you let us know at the time placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about an event deadline you have coming up please call customer service at (501) 654-8886 for current production and shipping time.

Shipping In-Transit time depends on your area and method of shipping.

*Please see the map below for UPS Ground shipping in-transit times for the contingent 48 states. Ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be 5-7 business days.

International Orders:

International shipping is available to most countries including Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom & Australia.

International customers should be aware of all taxes and duties that will be due upon delivery. 

*Canadian Customers enjoy all of our American made cake stands duty free.


Easy Returns & Exchanges

 

Southern Merchandising Group offers a 3-Day Satisfaction guarantee from the time of delivery on all of its products. Customers will receive money back less shipping and a 15% return fee (to cover the cost of packaging). Please be aware that we will not accept any used or damaged merchandise. All items should be packed back in the original packaging as it was received. Any damages incurred on return delivery will be the responsibility of the customer and will not receive credit for those items that are damaged.

Damaged Merchandise:

If any of the items in your order have sustained damage during shipment contact customer service immediately so we have ample time before your event deadline to replace those items. Please be aware that most of our cake stands are handmade a require at least 2 days curing time before they are able to ship. Please keep all packaging materials for inspection. All damage claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. 

*Please be aware that we are not responsible for event dates. Please be aware of our shipping and production time in the event damage occurs during shipment. All replacement merchandise will be shipped with the same method as the original order. If you need faster shipping to meet your deadline you will be responsible for those additional charges. 

*All merchandise - especially our handmade cake stands are inspected thoroughly to ensure the highest quality with no flaws or defects.
